Below are clips from Kalinnikov’s 1st Symphony and Gliere’s Harp Concerto. This performance with the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra (Washington) took place in February 2010 with Catherine Case Barrett as the harp soloist.

1. This oboe solo occurs shortly after the second movement begins.
2. This solo takes place towards the end of the first movement after a beautiful harp cadenza.
