Central Oregon Flute Ensemble

COFE, the Central Oregon Flute Ensemble, was created in May of 2024 by Lisa Hakesley, Sue Steiger, and Ryan Zwahlen. In the summer of 2025, we welcomed Mikaela Storm to our leadership.

We welcome all players, regardless of ability or background. No auditions are required to join. Our rehearsals are all about having fun and learning!

Sue, Mikaela, and Ryan share directorial duties, while Lisa is the music librarian and administrator. All are active in many ensembles in Central Oregon, including the Central Oregon Symphony, the Cascade Winds, the Bend Pops Orchestra, and numerous small ensembles. Sue, Ryan, and Mikaela all have extensive experience in music education and private flute instruction.

Tuesdays, from April 14 through June 9, 7:00PM - 9:00PM, except for Monday June 1 instead of Tuesday June 2.

Printing Tips

How you print your music depends on how you are accessing it — which browser, whether you download it to your computer first, etc. However you print, please look for a print dialog setting along the lines of “fit to page”, for best results.
